When you reach out, your request is routed to a local provider that fits your problem and your area. After that, you deal with the provider directly.
What happens on the call
The provider will ask simple questions. What do you see? Where do you see it? How long has it gone on? Photos can help if you have them.
Next, they may set a visit to look at your home. After the visit, they should explain what they found, what they plan to do, and what it costs. Availability differs by provider, so ask when they can come out. Request a callback to check provider availability in Bloomfield.
What to ask a provider
Keep this list handy. A good provider will not mind these questions.
- Are you licensed where I live? A good answer is a clear yes, and they can name what they hold. A red flag is a vague answer.
